We follow a systematic and transparent recruitment process to ensure the best match between employers and employees. Our procedure is designed to be efficient and compliant with all regulations.
Required Papers for Recruitment from Nepal
The following 5 Demand Letter sets (Authorized & Attested by designated authorities) are required to start the Hiring Process:
1. Demand Letter
The Hiring Company has to prepare this paper addressing South Asian Employment Pvt. Ltd. and stating Salary, Quantity, and other terms & conditions. It shall be attested by the Embassy of Nepal and Local Chamber of Commerce.
2. Agency Agreement
An Agreement between SAE & The Hiring Company including all standard terms, precisely for recruitment of Nepali workers through our Agency.
3. Guarantee & Undertaking Letter
A letter addressing Director General of MOLESS (DOFE*) with a clarification that hired workers will work in the territory of country offered job meeting all the terms & conditions as specified in Demand Letter. (*DOFE: Department of Foreign Employment)
4. Power of Attorney
This letter is to authorize SAE Pvt. Ltd. to carry out all the process of recruitment (Numbers as per Demand Letter), Submission of Visa to respective Embassy & to deploy workers as per MOU.
5. Employment Agreement
This Contract is between the Hiring Company (Employer) & The Employee (Worker) that both agree on Terms in Demand Letter & it's signed before deployment in witness of HR Agency.
Selection Process
- Submit Resume, & other documents.
- Prepare for Client's or SAE interview for final selection.
- For skilled applicants, related trade tests.
- Mandatory Medical test after selection.
- Visa processing & pre-departure orientation.
- Deployment formalities as per regulation of Nepal Government (DOFE).
